Be Good & Tell It.

Sheltersuit Foundation was founded in 2014 by designer Bas Timmer. This designer, driven by a love for design and people, has been proclaimed as a Next Generation Leader 2020 by TIME Magazine. This non-profit organization designs and produces multifunctional clothing that provides homeless people (including refugees) with immediate protection from the cold and harsh street life.

Coebergh Communicatie & PR is responsible for creating media attention for Sheltersuit by actively communication its’ mission and the way the organization is helping countless homeless people in the Netherlands and abroad. We assist Sheltersuit in formulating a clear and powerful message and we share its’ impressive stories with the right journalists at the right time. This results in qualitative publications that reach the right target groups. Sheltersuit's brand awareness is growing, with a positive effect on donations and valuable collaborations. It enables the non-profit to do what it does best: provide warmth to homeless people worldwide.

We are also very proud to share the news of our client's collaboration with Maison Chloe for their FW2021 collection. Designer Gabriela Hearst and Bas Timmer joined forces and created a stunning and sustainable collection. The proceeds from the items designed by Bas Timmer will go entirely to the homeless people that Sheltersuit is committed to. In this way, high-end luxury and non-profit come together to reach an even wider audience.

Extensive experience.
