Sustainable transformation.

Fort Island Pampus will be the first Dutch UNESCO World Heritage site to become 100% sustainably self-sufficient and fossil-free. With an innovative energy system and a new circular entrance building designed by Paul de Ruiter Architects. We contribute to the realization of this ambitious plan by spreading the news and keeping it 'top of mind', with publications at NOSFDTrouw, De TelegraafNRC, Het Parool, Cobouw and Duurzaam Bedrijfsleven. These wonderful articles provide familiarity with and appreciation for the project, with favourable consequences for funding.

Another great plus is that our PR campaign for Forteiland Pampus is among the finalists for the Amsterdam Communications Award. This nomination is a wonderful example of how rewarding our work can be.

For projects in the Benelux, we work closely with partners in Belgium. Together, we serve parties such as the LVHM group, the Elbphilharmonie, Jarre Technologies, Sage and Accor Hotels. The agency we decide to collaborate with depends on the project at hand. These sustainable collaborations are based on trust, the sharing of important core values and the same vision on our profession. There is only one level of quality that we strive for: the best.


Salon Des Dames.

In 2006 Gervaise Coebergh launched Salon Des Dames, a recurring gathering of (well-known) female scientists, politicians, entrepreneurs and professionals from the cultural sector. A special group of ladies who make their mark on society with passion and expertise. Once started as a PR activity for Hotel Des Indes, the initiative was extended because of its great success. It’s an event that connects people, but also makes the world a little more beautiful.

It seems so long ago since we could physically get together and enjoy one another’s company without walking routes, maximum capacities and 1,5-meter restrictions. It makes you long for the days that big product launches, shop openings and other events were business as usual. Looking back, the first production that comes to mind is our PC Hooftstraat Hermès store opening in 2019. Over 400 guests, from all over the world, were invited to visit the store for the very first time and join the extravagant opening party that followed. Events can bring a company's identity, standards and core values to life. Human interaction and real-life experiences are very difficult to replace by their digital counterparts. We can't wait to get back to work on this!

While in 2019 we were involved in the PR for the fantastic Trunk Show exhibition, in 2020 we were asked to guide the Museum of Bags through its sudden closure. Press both at home and abroad devoted a lot of attention to this decision, in part because it was the first (private) museum in The Netherlands to make this move in times of Covid-19. Issue management is something we assist our clients in, 24/7 if needed.

Wij zoeken stagiairs die vanaf januari/februari 2020 een topstage willen! Midden in Amsterdam, met opdrachten voor o.a. Rituals Cosmetics, bloomon, IKEA, Auping, Timberland, Accor Hotels, JD Sports, Eye Wish Opticiens en Veuve Clicquot. Het gaat om een meewerkstage van 4 of 5 dagen in de week voor een periode van 4 maanden of langer.

Werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Contact leggen en onderhouden met pers
  • Teksten schrijven (o.a. persberichten)
  • Publicaties verwerken en rapporteren
  • Strategisch en creatief meedenken bij het maken van PR-plannen
  • Helpen bij de organisatie/het bijwonen van events

Onze wishlist:

  • Initiatiefrijk persoon, met groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Ambitieuze, positief ingestelde teamspeler
  • HBO/WO opleiding, met brede interesse
  • Spontaan, representatief en communicatief
  • Affiniteit met media en PR
  • Spreekt en schrijft foutloos Nederlands, en in meer dan voldoende mate Engels

In collaboration with other tastemakers from the creative industry, our founder Gervaise Coebergh organizes special dinner nights at our showroom on a regular basis. For example with Anne van der Zwaag (curator and initiator of Object Rotterdam and Big Art), Justus Bruns (artist, designer and strategist at VOUW), Annelies Damen (photographer and director of Damen Shipyards), Bercan Günel (Executive Searcher and Leadership Consultant at NGL International) and Annemarie van Gerrevink (madame PUP of PUP Amsterdam). In addition to good food, these evenings are always full of surprising encounters and beautiful cross-pollination.

At Coebergh, we love to experiment. In addition to ‘playing safe’ of course. For example, we occasionally organize a Pop-Up Store for the designers we represent in our own showroom. A great opportunity for them to get in touch with a new audience. For us, the feedback from visitors is very useful. Oftentimes, it’s also the beginning of wonderful collaborations between designers. And, last but not least: items are sold. It’s wonderful to create such opportunities for clients.

We regularly support important social initiatives, where there is no - or a very limited - budget for communications and PR. In some cases we initiate projects ourselves, such as BeterThuis, a 'marketplace' of supply and demand for care for the elderly. When supporting or setting up impactful initiatives, we try to focus on a number of areas. These are currently empowerment, inclusiveness, diversity and nature conservation. Jumping with Vans.

Initially, the iconic shoe brand Vans was particularly popular with skaters in Southern California. The iconic waffle-like sole provided extra grip on their boards. Today, almost everyone has a pair. The European launch of the "Comfy Cush" - the relaunch of a classic - took place in Hudson’s Bay Rotterdam. A sporting event with a big foam pit where jumpers could make a fantastic and memorable personal GIF, just like the influencers present.
